Oktk Terms & Conditions – Complete Rules for Using the Platform

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by the oktk platform, you are automatically deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between oktk and you, enforceable under the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are advised to refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to individuals located in Bangladesh who are legally of adult age (18 years or older). Registration or account management on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. oktk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security

To register with oktk, you must create an account using accurate and complete information. Each user may hold only one account — creating multiple accounts is a direct breach of these terms and may result in account cancellation. The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verifiable and active.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party, or allowing anyone else to access your account, is not permitted. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity relating to your account must be reported to our customer support team immediately. Use a strong password and change it regularly to keep your account secure.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

All users must conduct themselves honestly, ethically, and in accordance with applicable laws while using the platform. Fraudulent or harassing behavior toward other users, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, or using any automated bots or software to conduct betting activities is strictly prohibited. If such conduct is established, the account in question will be immediately suspended or permanently closed.

The following is a list of prohibited activities that must be strictly avoided:

Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information.
Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Attempting to manipulate or fix betting outcomes.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
Attempting to access another user's account or personal information.
Any activity in violation of applicable Bangladeshi law.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on oktk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For both deposits and withdrawals, we support the mobile banking methods widely used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are clearly displayed on the platform.

Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. For verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Promotional bonuses or free bet credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal, which are detailed in each offer's terms. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Oktk provides its services on an "as-is" basis and accepts liability up to the maximum permitted limit for damages arising from technical errors, server outages, or third-party causes. However, oktk is not responsible for any missed betting opportunities resulting from internet disconnections, device malfunctions, or issues attributable to the user. In force majeure situations — including natural disasters, war, or cyberattacks — oktk will be under no obligation to provide compensation for any service disruptions.

All content on the oktk platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of oktk. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited. Violations of this condition may result in legal action.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms

Oktk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account if a user breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or disrupts the smooth operation of the platform. Where possible, the user concerned will be notified before any account closure; however, in urgent cases action may be taken without prior notice.

Users may request the closure of their account at any time. If an approved balance remains at the time of closure, it will be refunded in accordance with applicable rules. oktk may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Notice of changes will be published on the platform, and users will be notified through their registered contact details for any significant updates. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
